Email address, if you join the waitlist or create an account
Account and profile details you provide when you sign up
Project content you upload or submit, such as URLs, images, and client feedback annotations
Billing and payment metadata from our payment provider when you buy a license (we do not store full card numbers)
Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure

How we use it

We use this information to:

Notify waitlist subscribers when early access opens
Provide and improve the product
Process purchases and send billing receipts
Respond to support requests
Prevent abuse and protect the service

We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with services that help us operate whichbutton, such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, and payments. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Retention

Waitlist emails are kept until launch outreach is finished or you ask us to remove them. Account and project data stay while your account is active. Billing records may be kept as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements. You can request deletion of personal data by emailing us.

We may use cookies or similar storage for authentication, preferences, and basic analytics. You can control cookies in your browser. Disabling some cookies may limit parts of the product.

Children

whichbutton is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
