Agreement

By using whichbutton’s website, waitlist, or product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

whichbutton is a visual website feedback tool. You can create projects, share links with clients, and collect annotations on pages or images. Features may change as the product develops. We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when we can.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your login secure and tell us if you think it was compromised. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Purchases and Lifetime access

Paid plans are sold as one-time Lifetime licenses for the current product, subject to the limits described on the pricing page. Lifetime means ongoing access to the current product, not unlimited storage or every future add-on. Prices and founding offers may change for new purchases. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Refunds, if any, follow the provider’s process and applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights
• Upload malware, scrape the service abusively, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows
• Use whichbutton to harass people or distribute illegal or harmful content
• Share account access in a way that bypasses purchase or usage limits

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content so the product can work. You confirm you have the rights to submit it. Client feedback and project data belong to you and your clients as between you and them; we only process it to provide the service.

Our intellectual property

whichbutton’s name, branding, software, and site design are ours. These terms do not give you rights to copy or resell the product except as needed to use it under a valid license.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, whichbutton and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you have not paid us.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If a change is material, we will try to give notice through the site or email when we have your address.
